All sales made by Lydia Leith Shop are subject to these terms and conditions, except where agreed otherwise in writing.

These terms and conditions are a legal requirement and are here to protect both you and us, we have tried to make them as simple as possible.

We will always endeavourer to offer the best possible service, so if you have a problem with a product or service, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify it as soon as possible!

By purchasing from Lydia Leith Shop you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out.

Temporary Tattoos:
For best results follow these instructions carefully.
Do not use temporary tattoos if you have sensitive skin and keep away from sensitive areas of body such as the eyes. Do not use on under 5 year old children. The temporary tattoos are safe but if you have sensitive skin do not wear the tattoos. Although it is highly unlikely Lydia Leith is not responsible for any rashes or skin problems the tattoos may cause.

Jelly Moulds:
The moulds are made with Food safe plastic, they are not heat proof so do not put hot liquids in the moulds. Make sure that any children have adults help. Make sure no one gets hurt when using the jubilee jelly moulds as Lydia Leith cannot be held responsible for any injuries or spillage's that may occur.

Do not let young children hold the sick bags with out an adult being near. Make sure no one gets hurt by the sick bags or any items from the Lydia Leith shop by as Lydia Leith cannot be responsible for any injuries.


All UK based orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery depending on the price of the order. All international orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail International Signed For.

Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to Lydia Leith Shop by PayPal via your account are the same. The Lydia Leith Shop holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.


All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any defects. The Lydia Leith Shop is not responsible for any damages incurred by Royal Mail. Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller, the risk of loss passes to the customer.


Copyright of the images is retained in perpetuity by the artist and they may not be reproduced in any context or media digital or analogue. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.


By purchasing a product from Lydia Leith Shop you are instantly subscribed to the newsletter, if you do not wish to be contacted by email please email info@lydialeith.com and you will be removed. All newsletters have an unsubscribe button within them.


To receive your parcels in good time for Christmas we advise you place your orders by the dates below.

UK Customers standard delivery: 4pm Monday 20th December 
Europe: 4pm Sunday 12th December 
Everywhere else: 4pm Sunday 5th December

Please note these dates are just a guide and we cannot be held responsible if your parcels do not arrive in time for Christmas.
